Brivis’ standard parts and labour warranty is 5 years. Brivis Ducted Gas Heaters have the option of extending this warranty for an additional 4 years, for a total of 9-year parts and labour warranty(1 REF BRIVIS BROCHURE). Brivis also provides a ten-year warranty on the gas burner, heat exchanger, and structural component. Heating and cooling equipment is subject to normal wear and tear and frequently operates in harsh environments. It is recommended that such appliances be serviced and maintained by qualified licenced technicians at least once every two years to extend their life and keep them running safely and efficiently.
