Thank you for sending Steve yesterday to check the ducting on the system you installed at my home last November. He found a bend in the ducting that was reducing the airflow to one half of the house and corrected that.
On the number of occasions that Steve has been to my home and helped with the initial set-up and install and then come back to check on concerns or fix problems, he has been polite, respectful and efficient. I completly
