To whom it may concern,

As thank you’s are often too far in between, I wanted to write to pass on our thanks to your team that installed our air conditioning on the 18th January at Clifton Hill. Please pass on to your management that we found your team to take a great deal of pride in their workmanship, were very professional and client focused. Unfortunately I cannot remember their names but I hope you can pass this on to them.

As an interior designer myself, I was concerned about the appearance externally and internally, and your team were very obliging in respecting this and taking the time to set out locations with me to ensure that I was happy with the symmetry and presentation. It was comforting to me to have a detailed focused team on my job.

Needless to say, we are thrilled with the workmanship and we will happily recommend your company to friends and family.
